your real calendar, show what you actually have free, and put the
appointment in your book while you are cutting.
It also fills the Appointments field on your Google listing, which is
empty today.

These are the hours Google is showing people today. If they are
wrong, this is the single most expensive thing on your listing —
it is the one mistake that sends somebody to a locked door.
Nobody can book you online. Not from Google, not from Facebook,
not from anywhere. The Appointments field on your Google listing is
empty, and it is a field you can fill in yourself for free once you have
a booking link to put in it. That is the one worth two minutes whatever
else you decide.
Your Google listing has no website on it. The only link is your Facebook
page, so 181 reviews' worth of people have nowhere else to land.
The way this looks isn't fixed. If you'd rather it were laid out
completely differently, say so and it is. This is a proof of concept,
not a finished website.
